Thank you for all your support, hard work and commitment towards our Annual Dinner Dance & Awards Evening on Sunday. I thought the whole evening ran very smoothly; one of excellent food, wine and company. From the feedback I have received already, everyone enjoyed the meal and the event very much. It was a pleasure to come back to the Metropole. Please pass on my thanks to all those concerned, both front-of-house and your brigade, for helping to make our event the wonderful evening it was. I have been going to MAC and now BCF annual dinner dances for years , for me and all my colleagues from Major your dinner stood apart from all the others , it was creative , stylish and very tasty , we all enjoyed the evening like I said your food stood out , well done to you.

Lunch was brilliant - really nice food, great variety and just enough. Room was great too, huge and quiet. Service was excellent, staff were really responsive. Overall - a good venue and perfect for business meetings/stays.

During our recent event all your staff were attentive your events team were always there on hand and nothing was too much trouble for them. In our feedback there were no negative comments about the venue or food which in my experience are the most common complaints so good on you. I would have no problem in recommending your hotel to any of my colleagues and personally if we need a venue in that area I would have no hesitation in using your Venue.

I've received a note about the whizzy balloons that we scattered about on the tables... Where did you get them? A colleague is getting married next spring and was so impressed with them, he wants to get some for his wedding!
People are always quick to criticise when things go wrong but often don't say anything when it goes well. We had a great time. EVERY one of our employees has said it was really good. I was speaking to the Directors and they are pretty much ready to sign up for next year.
Please pass on my thanks to the waiting and bar staff as they could not have been better. The meal was really nice and I understand breakfast was great too.
I am pleased to report that there are no complaints, in fact, our sales manager quoted in his own words "everything was excellent, the venue was right on the mark". So thank you again and we look forward to being there again in December!!
