Meet the Team

The team at Hilton Birmingham Metropole, come from a variety of backgrounds and each team member contributes a wealth of knowledge and experience. There are those who have worked here in excess of 20 years - with extensive knowledge of the product and the business, and there are those who have recently joined us - full of enthusiasm, ambition and looking to try anything new without any of the restrictions of history.

The Sales Team

Highly experienced in both corporate and MICE markets, the Sales Team strives to start the event process off with ease. Collectively, the team is responsible for meeting with clients both old and new as well as to assist in fulfilling requirements for events business into the hotel.

Should your enquiry arrive within 21 days of placing an event with us, our Hilton Meetings Desk is on hand to manage your event from enquiry through to the final details.

The Event Planning Team

Once your event is confirmed, our Event Planners will assist in ensuring every detail is checked, cross-checked and communicated to the entire hotel.

The Reservations Team

The Reservations Team will look after all of your accommodation requirements. The team will work to assist in any special requirements that may be required while ensuring each of your guests and VIPs are looked after. We can ensure that you can view all the details of your group booking online, 24 hours a day.

There is also a team of administrators; to assist with billing, ensuring you have all you need and are kept up-to-date on the detail we are issuing to the hotel team.
