The team here at Hilton Birmingham Metropole comes from a wide variety of backgrounds and has a wide variety of experience. There are those who have worked here for 20 years plus, with a wide knowledge of the product and the business, and there are those who have recently joined us - full of enthusiasm, ambition and looking to try anything new without any of the restrictions of history.
Sarah Cosgrove, Director of Sales heads up the Sales Team and is responsible for meetings with clients old and new to bring new business into the hotel.

Jonathan Montgomery, Conference & Events Sales Manager has experience both in Event Management and Sales and has a great understanding of not only the operation but on finding the space in the diary to fit your budget. His assistant, Victoria Hearn has also worked in the operation before running the conference sales office.

There is also a team of administrators, Rachel and Sarah, to assist with billing, queries, ensuring you have all you need and are kept up to date on the detail we are issuing to the hotel team.
Rebecca Cruz-Rodriguez, Reservations Manager and the team look after all of your accommodation requirements. Becky, assisted by Aaron Baker, work with their team to assist in any special requirements; ensuring your guests and VIPs are looked after. With the simplest ways of providing rooming lists from excel spreadsheets to Rapid room list templates, Becky can ensure that you can view all the details of your group online, 24 hours a day.

Finally the day of your event has arrived after months of planning, the sales team has made sure we have the right space at the right time, your contract is in place with the conference desk, those final details have been organised with the Event Planning Managers, and the reservations team has every reservation ready for check in.
Now our Guest Relations team are here to meet you, they are your right-hand man (or woman) during the course of your event. Their mobile telephone number is all you need to assist you and allow you to relax and enjoy your event; they will take care of the most unusual requirements - nothing has fazed them yet.
