There are those who have worked here in excess of 20 years - with extensive knowledge of the product and the business, and there are those who have recently joined us - full of enthusiasm, ambition and looking to try anything new without any of the restrictions of history.
Highly experienced in both corporate and MICE markets, the Sales Team strives to start the event process off with ease. Collectively, the team is responsible for meeting with clients both old and new as well as to assist in fulfilling requirements for events business into the hotel.

The Reservations Team will look after all of your accommodation requirements. The team will work to assist in any special requirements that may be required while ensuring each of your guests and VIPs are looked after. We can ensure that you can view all the details of your group booking online, 24 hours a day.
There is also a team of administrators; to assist with billing, ensuring you have all you need and are kept up-to-date on the detail we are issuing to the hotel team.

Our Guest Relations Team is here to meet you on your important day. They are your lead contacts during the course of your event and are on hand to offer their full support so that you can relax and enjoy your event. The team has experience in handling all kinds of requests and will work above and beyond to try and meet them.
