At the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel, we can cater for any event, from fruity breakfast meetings to a scrumptious awards dinners, or menus to cover a variety of cuisines and service styles. The Hilton Birmingham Metropole is pleased to be the first venue in the UK to offer the latest technology in electronic signage, provided by Morrow Technologies. This signage is available from the moment your delegates step inside this NEC Birmingham hotel. With touch screen technology it is easy to find your event, the room it is taking place in, and directions on the hotel map.
Located outside each meeting room, the signage can be used to promote your company, be that your name, logo or even promotional video. We can also offer Check In signage, providing a branded and dedicated check in point for your guests at the Hotel Reception.
In addition, there are a number of signs around the hotel that provide directions to your meeting or events room, so your guests can immediately recognise where your event is being held. With this in mind, we have our own internal audio visual department with on site technicians to meet all of your technical requirements.
The department is operational seven days a week, looking after events in all of our 33 meeting and event rooms. We carry a wide range of audio and presentation equipment at competitive hire charges and because we are on site we do not charge for delivery or call out fees and guarantee a speedy response to all requests.

The Hilton Birmingham Metropole have partnered with MCL to offer a "first fix" rigging solution for events in the hotel. This new partnership will provide a first class support solution for anyone requiring technical support at the venue and will deliver a number of tangible benefits.
As in house rigging company, MCL will be able to provide a high quality, on-site support service for event rigging. This will reduce time delay in setting the rigging for an event and allow clients or production companies to arrive with rigging in place and ready to go at working height. By delivering the rigging locally from nearby warehoused units, MCL will also reduce the time and expence of transporting heavy and bulky rigging equipment to site.
In addition to the rigging service available at the venue, MCL can also deliver a complete end to end technical solution comprising a full range of audio visual equipment and event production services supported by a dedicated project manager and professional on-site technicians.

All of our guests should feel safe and secure which is why we operate 24 hour manned security as well as CCTV that covers the bedroom corridors and some public areas. We also provide a secure lock up for deliveries prior to your event, a delivery label can be downloaded here.
We have 600 car parking spaces so you can be sure your guests will be accommodated. Coach parking is available by prior arrangement.
