The Hilton Birmingham Metropole is pleased to be the first venue in the UK to offer the latest technology in electronic signage, provided by Morrow Technologies. This signage is available from the moment your delegates step inside this NEC Birmingham hotel. With touch screen technology it is easy to find your event, the room it is taking place in, and directions on the hotel map.
Located outside each meeting room, the signage can be used to promote your company, be that your name, logo or even promotional video. We can also offer Check In signage, providing a branded and dedicated check in point for your guests at the Hotel Reception.
In addition, there are a number of signs around the hotel that provide directions to your meeting or events room, so your guests can immediately recognise where your event is being held. We carry a wide range of audio and presentation equipment at competitive hire charges and because we are on site we do not charge for delivery or call out fees and guarantee a speedy response to all requests.

The Hilton Birmingham Metropole have partnered with MCL to offer a "first fix" rigging solution for events in the hotel. This new partnership will provide a first class support solution for anyone requiring technical support at the venue and will deliver a number of tangible benefits.
As in house rigging company, MCL will be able to provide a high quality, on-site support service for event rigging. This will reduce time delay in setting the rigging for an event and allow clients or production companies to arrive with rigging in place and ready to go at working height. By delivering the rigging locally from nearby warehoused units, MCL will also reduce the time and expence of transporting heavy and bulky rigging equipment to site.
